The prices are less than the competition and I got an immediate phone call as soon as I reserved a storage unit. The representative was polite and easy to work and the forms emailed to me were simple to fill out and complete the lease agreement. I am looking forward to storing my belongings there!

Excellent customer service! The store manager, Serenity, was very helpful! She got back to me super quickly and scheduled me to come in and see the space the same day. She explained how to use the space and all the paperwork super clearly and I was in and out. The facility was really clean and secure and the price was reasonable. Be aware that there is a charge for the lock and required insurance but it's not exorbitant.
I have been with this location on Airport Rd, Aurora for long time the staff has always been helpful. One of your staff members Serenity always goes above and beyond to make sure that any concerns are answered. Serenity's customer service is wonderful, and great asset to the company. Would refer people to this location.
Serenity was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made the process extremely easy. Shr also did all this with a great attitude as well which we all need at this time. Will definitely recommend this place!
