I had an appointment scheduled on September, 14, I arrive at the place on time I saw other people waiting outside by the door no one is in the building 2 other ladies approach me and said we also have a 9:30 appointment one of the ladies called no one is answer the phone so the other lady and I waited for a bit then the web site stated open at 10:30 so we decided to wait until 10:30 We waited for one hour for nothing no one even bothers to call us to let us know that they were closed or even rescheduled our appointment

The receptionists are awesome and the students are well trained. I have never had an issue there.

Wonderful! I went in with shoulder length hair, and came out with my awesome pixie-ish cut! Exactly what I wanted. (I'm bad at names but they were a barber and I believe their name was Chris!) Excellent job, I highly recommend Chris!

Wow! Jody! You have the best team on the floor! LOVE the way that Liam spent thoughtful, encouraging time with the student. I even learned a few things and I have been coming here for YEARS! I can see and feel the respect he has garnered. He is a keeper! My stylist, Addison, was so nice. She us a great conversationalist and I so enjoyed my tine with her. AND, my hair turned out great. I miss Jonathan, but the front counter staff was very friendly. These are weird times, but your folks are keeping the spirit alive! Sue Cronk
