I didn't write a review right away because i wanted to take the proper time to do it, I loved her job, from beginning to end. Since i went for the estimate appointment until i left with my beautiful hair longer. I got the tape in extension and i was told the quantity i was gonna need, and ended up needing more but she was prepared with extra. My hair looks amazing and i have gotten a doze of compliments im not exaggerating, she gave me tips of how to prolong the quality of my hair. Overall i would give her 10 stars if i could. Loved it!
Both Rubi and Cruz are amazing. They are always on time and prompt to respond. Their quality of work is excellent. What I appreciate the most about them is that they will give an honest professional opinion if you ask them about a certain color or cut (they truly care about their customers).
I asked for a 2-inch trim and ended up getting several inches cut off of my hair that I had been growing for years. I do not recommend.

I went in to get my hair dyed and half of my hair came out about two shades lighter then the other. Not to happy with the finished product or price for how it turned out. Besides that great costumer service.
