My favorite yoga studio—just wish I lived in this state and could go all the time! Love the availability of hot yoga and power yoga classes. This is truly a full body workout. The instructors led classes where I could keep up as a beginner, and also offered more challenging options for the experienced. Love love love!
This is my go to studio, every one of the instructors are absolutely lovely and well versed in all alternate poses for your own level of flexibility. I love that all of the instructors really take the time to talk with you after class to check in and offer positive feedback on your progress! Michelle, the owner, is just delightful and I’ve really loved working with Gwendolyn, Julie and Patty!nnThe yoga room is really well lit and spacious and always clean, as are all of the changing rooms. Plus their merch section is really great!
I absolutely love this studio. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and always greet me by name at the front desk and in the classes. It’s a very community based feel everyone speaks to each other. I moved downtown, literally two blocks away from the RiNo CorePower and I make the 30 min drive to aurora instead to go to this studio. I will do it again!
Love the location and the instructors are awesome and passionate.nI look forward to coming here all the time! The vibe here is perfect compared to other locations.
