Great enviroment. Super clean. Never crowded. The most Friendly staff ever. Specially Anthony. I was canceled my membership and at the very last day for me to use the gym he just got me back. He is really profesional, helpful, always in good mood. So the best thing in this gym The front desk people.

I have been going to Clifford Gardner for personal training for a couple months now and have enjoyed every session! Cliff is an excellent trainer with a great knowledge-base and always keeps my workouts interesting and challenging. I highly recommend this location and Cliff as a trainer!!

Unsatisfied, I had to cancel my membership due to back injury and they assured my account is closed but kept charging me. I called and told them about it, they assured me they’ll refund me and they did, BUT THEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN. Still haven’t refunded me. DO NOT RECOMMEND 24 HOUR FITNESS DUE TO ALL THE CONTRACT SCAM THEY PULL

Great place to get a good mixed workout. I love the fact that they have a full studio of punching bags and equipment. The rest of the gym is pretty decent on how their equipment is updated constantly.nnI gotta give a shout out to Cliff, the Master trainer. He is very well knowledgeable and has a great attitude towards his clients. I did a session of thew hypervolt treatment with Cliff and my shoulder improved dramatically. Also, Daniel was very helpful on situating me into personal training and dieting. So far I've lost 48 pounds on keto and exercise. Good crew at this gym.

I have liked this location more than others ove visited in the Denver area. It's strange that they're now closing at midnight?! The staff I've encountered in the evenings are super friendly. I just wish that they would get new adductor/abductor machines. The machine they have now has been broken for months.
