Very friendly and supportive no matter your level of fitness. Attended a class today on correct form for squats. Although they went through all of this at the beginning, I didn’t retain many of the points. Now I feel I can work on correct form which helps lessen the risk of injury. ud83dude0a
An amazing gym with outstanding coaches. No staring at a mirror or waiting for a machine. Just plain hard work. The community is truly amazing.

What a great group of Coaches and Warriors with NO QUIT!! It was a great workout and Coach Johnny helped me with pointers that allowed me to complete 20 rounds of 20point2 I was very determined to finish with a half-decent time as I had a 12-year-old Warrior Maiden on the rack beside me banging out Toes to Bars. In the end, although spent and half alive, I had a great time with a group of great people at Crossfit Spokane valley!! Drop-in if you're a Crossfitter and you're in the area.
Very interesting work out . The fitness instructor had me work out with the big tire today for the first time . He made me climb inside and then rolled the tire down the street. Ended up getting hit by a bus.
This is not just a gym but a community of like minded people that are supportive and motivating every day you show up. The coaches are amazing and I have learned a lot from them. I encourage anybody wanting to take better care of their bodies to try this out!
