Found out AFTER items were already rang up that sale prices are only valid if you have rewards with them. Lots of good sale prices, unfortunately didn't get them at the register.
Pharmacist with name Yuva was so helpful!! I was already upset because a doctor did not send my prescription to the right Walgreens and I could not get to this one by 9pm, closing time. He transferred it over to another Walgreens that was open 24 hrs and even called back to give me another option. So helpful, I appreciate you so much! Great customer service !!
Man working at the pharmacy with customers had his mask fully under his chin, 2 other pharmacy employees had their noses out. The pharmacist was fully masked. I felt uncomfortable picking up my meds here and have plans to change my pharmacy. This is a pattern for this pharmacy and it’s simply not fair to the health and safety of customers picking up their meds.
7pm on a Wednesday the pharmacy is closed..... Some of use mightve needed crucial meds
I have always, always had a positive experience with this Walgreens. The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. I just spent the last 15 minutes with Alexis at the pharmacy counter. I was very recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and had no clue where to begin. When I approached her and immediately started crying, she calmly and patiently helped me understand what I needed to buy, found coupons to make it less expensive for me, and even walked me through the entire process of checking my blood glucose level. I was crying and scared and she really helped me. I will always be grateful.
