Did not have what I was looking for
During certain times of the year they really mark their clothing down. Generally their items are good quality. The sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I went to return an item, in the department I was returning to i waited for 30 minutes without seeing a single person. When I mentioned this to an associate in another department I was informed there was no one in that particular department that day. She gave me a hard time about my return and put it on a card for in store credit. I had a receipt that was 3 weeks old. Not sure of what the return policy is but I was not happy at all with her attitude or behavior. She threatened to not do the return at all. I will not return to this store ever again. If another Dillard's doesn't accept the card I would rather lose that money than to be treated with such callous disrespect.
Great service from employees. A tad bit pricey on some things but the level of service received is worth it. Valerie is excellent with the mens fragrances and went way above and beyond to help me find one that I liked. I have no doubt I could receive the same level of service at any other department in the store.
Not enough people working there. Also, people who work there for some reason all seem either stressed or depressed. I don't know if workers are mistreated or overwhelmed but after a few minutes I just want to leave the store.
