This pharmacy has messed up big time more than once. Most recently five days ago on Thursday I requested a refill a medication my son takes daily. It is a controlled medication, so the pharmacy needs to do a stock check BEFORE processing his RX. The pharmacy tech didn't do a stock check to confirm they had the medication in stock but told me it would be ready in an hour. I then get a text from Walgreens that his medication is out of stock. I called Walgreensnpharmacy and spoke with the pharmacy tech. He said it will be ordered the next day and will be in stock and ready to pick up on Monday, which was yesterday. I called the pharmacy on Monday and was told by a pharmacy tech the medication was not in yet and would be ready the following day. I called today and was told my son's medication was in stock and would be ready in and hour to an hour and a half. The pharmacy tech from the previous day then called me and told me they thought they had his medication but was the incorrect medication...so my son's medication will be ready tomorrow. Later in the same conversation, the pharmacy tech told me he misspoke and my son's medication will not be in stock tomorrow, but the day after tomorrow. Which would be Thursday...one week after I requested the medication refill. Meanwhile as of today, my son is completely of his medication. Nice, huh? Do yourself a favor and drive out of your way to a better pharmacy.

Really disappointed that I had to stand in a line for 20 mins and get told that there won't be any flu vaccine till tomorrow by a pharmacy tech who could care less. Thanks for wasting my time. If you're going to say you are accepting clients without an appointment then don't make a person stand in line forever and waste their time.

Never have my prescriptions ready. Even after I get txts from them ready for pick up.

The worst walgreens I’ve ever been too! The pharmacy is horrible and the employees act like they are doing you a favor and your nothing them. My 16m old has an ear infection. I go to pick up the prescription and they said it’s scheduled to be ready at noon. It’s 11:30am. Come back. So I do and I’m told it will be an hr with an attitude from a different employee. I told her I was told 30min 36min again. She said ok then it will be at least 15min!! And just walks away!! I’m in drive through! The doctor was clear that my daughter needed two doses today. Anyone with a sick baby essentially ear infection knows how horrible that is for a child. The staff is so rude and disrespectful!
