The quality of their merchandise has improved lately. I just bought a whole winter wardrobe for my daughter for nothing out of pocket because I received enough store credit from some items that I don't use anymore.
I was very pleased with the large selection of quality products. The cleanliness and friendly staff. I will be back for more shopping for my great grandchildren.
I really wanted to give them 5 stars. I was extremely happy with the clothes selection of size preemie to 3 months old. I got the cutest outfits for my twins and the sale was buy-one-get-one. I saved a lot of money. I do have to say though that the employees were not as nice or welcoming as I would have liked. It almost seemed as if they didn't really even like children....? Even when I made the comment that I loved the clothes that I found because I just gave birth to twins, they didn't even respond. We are all human though and maybe they just weren't really happy that day. It just would have been nice to have felt like I was a valuable customer... Being that I spent my money and all. Oh well.

We are not able to try on clothes in the store due to covid, so i drove all the way home, about 7 miles away. Of course even with everything going on, we're still only allowed 7 days to return items for whatever reason, so I hurried up and drove all the way back to return what didn't fit my daughter only to be told I can't have my money back. Store credit only. I don't need store credit. I need my money. How can they withhold our money when we aren't allowed to try on the clothes???
