Nicole did a great job putting deal together. She was very courteous and professional. I would definitely buy another truck from her. Mark in finance went over and above to get me a lower interest rate than I anticipated. He also worked with me to get the right extended warranty for my needs. Overall it was one of the best new vehicle purchase I have ever experienced.

Very pleased with Tom (sales) and all the effort he put fourth with the purchase of my car. Bought it sight unseen since I live out of state. Tom tooknthe time to make a well detailed video going over every inch of the car for me. I had never purchased a car this way before so it was a little nerve racking for me. After purchasing the car I flew out several days later to pick it up and wow was I overly impressed! The car definitely surpassed my expectations! It’s beautiful and Tom was awesome. Had everything spotless and papers were all ready to sign. Came back to the car and Tom had my luggage loaded in the back and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shortline had a no haggle price on the car which was honest and fair and it made the process just that much easier. I felt like I got the best deal possible and Tom is a stud.

This was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. The whole team was outstanding!!! We are so happy with our purchase. We wish we would have not wasted anytime with the 4 other dealerships we went to. We highly recommend Shortline GMC!

We had an awesome car buying experience at Shortline Buick GMC. Nate provided us with excellent customer service and was on our side to get a fair deal. I am so excited to be driving off the lot in the car I wanted and at a price I can afford! ( Now, 1 year later....we'll be taking them to court because they charged me twice for one extended warranty and they refuse to reimburse me. )

The service and service staff were excellent as usual. On a negative note, a man who appeared to be a dealership employee entered the waiting room and stood watching the TV without a mask. I was one of three customers seated in the room. When I asked him to please wear a mask, he donned one without dissent.
