I will begin stating that I have purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime, with that being said I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience with the Team at Tynan's VW. Xavier Trembly was my sales associate. He was polite, kind, understanding, and listened to my needs. Awesome experience! We were first time car buyers and ended up with a VW Tiguan we absolutely love. We worked with Andrew who knew SO much about the cars he was selling and was extremely helpful. We spent a bit of time shopping around and this was by far the best deal and experience we came across. Highly recommend.
Worked with Miles M at this location. Super patient and helpful. Took a while to find the right vehicle for my wife but Miles was there the whole way. We wound up working out a deal on a Nissan next door also Tynan and wrapped up the deal. Highly recommend Miles and Matt at a Tynan Volkswagen!!!!!
Even though we decided for a different type of vehicle, I feel the need to leave a review for such a great customer service. Xavier was friendly and patient, very cool dude. Should I ever purchase a VW vehicle I’d definitely be coming here.
