Hello everybody, just want to share my experience with this dealership, I bought my car from somewhere else and just went for oil change and they got my information and a few weeks later I start receiving useless letters and they told me they got my information from Toyota dealership I don’t know if it is correct, but I was trying to call this dealership to find out do they share my information it’s customer service didn’t answer me yes or no and told they might get from Toyota database I don’t know if it is correct but still the Toyota is not allowed to share customer’s information with any-other companies without customer’s permission and I wanted to talk to this dealership director I think he is named Steve, he didn’t answer, guys when you go for service first I think they don’t need your information if they get for some reason make sure you get a conformation, that they won’t share your information with any other companies, without your permission and when you buy a new car ask them whether they share your information with other companies or not. You guys know how annoying it is to keep receiving useless letters.

Had to get recall work done. They got me in pretty fast and took care of it on a day. Didn't have to wait as the got me an uber to and from there. Would go there again for service.
