If I could give ZERO stars I would. It has been on multiple occasions that I’ve came to this store and dealt with Heidi. She is VERY rude, doesn’t seem to happy or fond of her job, and always has a horrifying attitude. Every other employee I’ve gotten to know and they are very very very, polite. They do not complain. Nor do they shut their windows slammed, in customers faces. Your store manager needs to reevaluate some of the employees here, starting with her. I will still be returning but hoping to not deal with her.
This is the most important place if you have family in UCHealth across the street. At the time of my visit I had a family member in the hospital but due to COVID only one person a day can visit. I spent a lot of time in the parking lot waiting for family visiting at the hospital. We do not line in the Denver area. I watched videos in my car, bought a drink and used their bathroom several times. It’s easy to leave parking lots 3 or 4 from UCHealth, get to Starbucks, then drive back to the lots. Glad Starbucks is there and the lobby open.
Mom's favorite place, and a nice place to use free Wifi to search hotels.nAlso just across the street from University Hospital Anschutz Cancer Pavillion where i had my appointment.nLots of lodging nearby and of course they have handicap accessible parking, entrance, and restrooms available.
the line was a little bit long, but service was fast and employees were friendly. Thanks for a great experience.
