I've been going to this location for the last 3years since moving to this neighborhood. Lately there's an employee, Ranjan, that is rude, tries to talk over you and really does not know what he's doing. With the other employee, I've never asked for a receipt but with this one? You have to get a receipt just to check his work. Also, I know that recently this location has started letting people buy scratch tickets with a debit card. He refuses to do it. I don't know if he just doesn't want to be bothered by it or if he doesn't know how. I do know that when I pull up and see he's at the counter I go to the family dollar or 7-11 and so does my husband. I will write another review when I get the other employees name that is great at his job.nAVOID THIS PLACE IF RANJAN IS WORKING.
The staff here are hit and miss. Most often they are apathetic but occasionally downright rude. It is also super annoying that I can't pay at the pump with my debit card. However, their gas prices are usually the cheapest in the area.
Brought in a digital coupon on my phone from camel . the Asian man and women refused to scan it , tried reading off the numbers wrong , then told me it wasn't valid ... So I lost 2.00 saving on my camels because of there refusal to listen , and there rude service ... In future ill goto family dollar or 7-11 ... Avoid this location
