Store employees here at great on one hand, I have walked in during their store meetings more than a handful of times. Every time I see their store manager Jerome berating his employees and constantly putting them down. I myself am a store manager at another retail store, and just seeing managers like this is ridiculous. He has to be the most immature and untrained store manager I have ever seen in all my years of retail. If I worked at this store as an employee under him, I would have quit the second he took over that store. I will be calling corporate about this as well.
I am not a local but this is the closest location and it’s always so nice seeing how friendly everyone is at this location. Everyone always starts a conversation and is very personable. Kalyssa helped me find a super yummy fall drink and was just stellar! I know people complain about the wait time, to me this location varies with speed but is never more than a 10min wait which I think is great! You all are doing great:)
