prices wayyy higher than other Mcds' !!!
During the day, this location is generally fine with their service. At night, it is absolutely awful sometimes. I had waited 20 minutes after giving up in the drive through line, with others waiting over an hour for their food. I have tried to call the number on the drive-through window to report this location but the number was bad.nnDaytime service gets a 4/5, night time gets 0/5
I tried to go through the drive through at 10pm. The signs say any lane any time, but this is evidently not true. I tried to go through the second lane but was skip 3 times!! When the third car pulled up to the first lane and immediately started ordering I left. If you don’t have enough people covering both lanes or the one person can’t cover both lanes, block the second lane and make all people just go through one instead of having people being skipped.
I dont expect much from a 24/7 fast food spot and I dont write negative reviews, but this place is awful. I try to be understanding but Ive not once had a positive experience here. Ive received fries placed upside down in the bag, missing and incorrect orders, and now dirty hamburgers without buns. Idk what the issue is
Very poor customer service! Makes me so unhappy to see people disrespect there customer. I paid for sauce just to not give it correctly because they were rushing. My burgers were smashed and were not packed in correctly. How e management can fix it. Shout out the the girl in the blond hair looking as if sh already went in late.
