You really need to train your baristas better. I worked at Starbucks and literally my drinks taste like a bad flavored water the last few times. I don’t understand. So I waste 5-6 dollars on a drink that I just end up dumping out? It’s not that hard to make a refresher considering it comes already made. The measurements are literally on the cup.nnUpdate went again to give benefit of the doubt. My chai was literally ALL FOAM. I paid 7 plus dollars for foam? I didn’t order a cappuccino. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS BETTER. This is something your DM should be trying to better your shop on.

I am one to rare review a place but this had to be done ! I drink Starbucks literally every single day! As everyone was hyped about In-N-out i decided to take my family for lunch on Saturday. As expected their was a delay! Since we were in line and we had already been waiting for sometime i thought it would be nice to have one of the kiddos(15yo)go for coffee just across the street . I had nothing smaller than a 50 dllrs bill and thought their would be no problem since the order was easy over 20dlls. They not only declined to sell do to the big bill but wouldn't even take over the phone payment. They could have offered us to use the mobile app witch i did have in mind to use afterwords but she simply didn't about the sell and moved on with her day. I have loved Starbucks do to customer service for years! This was an unfortunate experience ! Will never come back! I had my husband go walk over and pay them himself to figure they were wrongly made and denied to remake!

Luke is the absolute best barrista ever! He's so kind and willing g to help anyone. He always give such great customer service. This is my favorite Starbucks location!

They have coffee, the staff is kind, they play music that's not horrible.

I order 2 sandwiches through the drive-through. and when I got my sandwiches thinking that they're were gonna be hot. They were still cold. I came back twice. It was of time just for them to get my order right.
