This place is amazing! Line was longish, but not surprising for a Sunday morning. This was our first time there and they moved that line along very efficiently and the person that helped us was polite and knowledgeable suggesting drinks to us. HIGHLY recommend the banana split hot chocolate ud83cudf6b ud83cudf4c Will definitely go back!
I just want to take a moment to shout out to Dutch Bros. They always provide excellent service, but today was extraordinary. Not only was the staff friendly as usual, but for some reason my card wasn't working, and when I offered them a different card, they instead comped my whole order, cause they thought their payment system wasn't working. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for that. I definitely intend to pay it forward. Thank you!
Onyx was so sweet, friendly and caring. She was knowledgeable about the menu and while I love dutch bros drinks wonderful employees like onyx are the reason I come back (almost every day) the customer service she gave me today was above and beyond! The new location is wonderful and the drinks are always delicious!
Best coffee ever. I can hardly wait for this location to open.
