I don't know how to describe it there's so many employees inside the bar counter and I ordered regular coffee with splenda waited 15 minutes and I asked them if they have my order right. She said they are making fresh and have me waited another 10 minutes finally another girl asked I waited long and what my order was she bring the coffee right away when I tested it's like they had it all day long cold and bad attitude from the employees acted like they didn't care about what I get or what customer needs I don't think I'm buying a coffee from that place again but maybe if the management modify their employees

Staff is rude, the last two times I’ve been there. On Sunday, I had ordered a chai latte and egg bites. It was only after 30 minutes did anyone realize that their mobile order printer was down. I can understand not knowing there’s an issue, but ignoring someone who has been standing there for a while is unacceptable even by Starbucks standards. On Thursday, it took until I was placing my order did someone say they were short-staffed and couldn’t accept lobby orders. The easy solution is to put a sign on the door saying no in-lobby orders because of staffing. The employees either need to retrained, or even better fired for their rudeness.

Had the best service from Renee. Great smile great service great conversation. My order is a bit complicated and I have three drinks as always it was on point
