I had a great teller. Maybe I got lucky based off these other reviews? No complaints here!
I have been outside for 15 minutes wai6for a teller an nobody comes out so I went and ask what happened and a lady on glases said you have to wait and that ghey don't take that long, so I went out to keep waiting then she cones out (same woman) and ask if we sing in for a appointment with a teller and she was very rude to all 3 customers waiting trying to explain how to do it or so we should go to the drive thru so 2 of us left to go to a better service branch, also is a cold day and a cold poor service.
If you dont want to be disrespected here, then dont come.
Worst location to go to. Already slow and rude before covid. But now they only have one teller and leave you outside in the weather. Its 95 degrees with no protection and your left outside for over 30 minutes in the heat. Green ranch location is alot nice and better location.. avoid..
I've literally been in my car in line for about 45 mins. It seems the staff always takes their time. Even before the covid-19... Last time I wanted outside for an hour ... Wish they would work on who does what.
