Stephanie was amazing, she approached me immediately. I went in there to return some jeans I ordered online that I was not in love with. I walked out with two new jeans and a leather jacket, that would have not been the case if it wasn't for her excellent customer service and because the store allowed access to their fitting rooms that I was very happy to be able to use. She was so on top of things and easy to talk to and had great eyes that helped with the selection good fitting jeans. She was also very quick to get me anything I needed. My shopping experience was excellent. Thank you Stephanie, YOU ROCK!

I went in late last week to return something that I had bought online, but their “internet” wasn’t working so they couldn’t process it. They told me to come back in a couple days and hopefully it would be fixed. I come back the next Monday and the store is closed due to COVID. If that was a possibility, I wish they would have mentioned it when I was there 4 days prior. I wasted time and money twice to try and return this jacket and won’t be shopping at Levi’s again.

One pair is way too small, on has a leg that goes off to the wrong side. Other two pairs shrank so back I look like I’m waiting for a flood. I will never go back.
