Valley Electric

Technician was great! I think his name was Mike, I can't remember but he was very professional and friendly and was able to get everything done the same day. We had a new electrical box installed. Avista had to shut our power off for a couple hours but Mike was able to complete the job very quickly and our power was back up and running before 1pm. The cost was just as they had quoted us, so no surprises which was great! I would highly recommend Valley Electric to my friends and family.

I can't say enough about this company! Troy,Travis and Joe were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! We just completed a full kitchen remodel and they were all fabulous! I would highly recommend these guys. I felt totally at ease having them in my home. Thank you all for everything you did for us!!

The technician Troy was very unresponsive. I am not sure he is employed here or the owner, He is definitely hurting this company's reputation and business. I have been using this company numerous times for taking care of the electrical issues on my rental properties over the years. But recently, I tried to contract Troy (referred by their front desk people) many times; he did not return my calls. At last, I finally got a hold of him and set up an appointment. But he did not show up for the appointment.nIt is too sad and disappointed of having such unprofessional person to handle customers' needs.
