McDonald's

Current: They have the best people on their team that I've seen over the years. They have not messed up one thing since the let go the girl from the previous review. There's only bumpy parts when someone is new or being trained but I'm not angry about that, everyone makes mistakes.nnPast: Once again my family goes there quite often and for majority of the time we order Diet Dr Peppers and Diet Cokes. I will say that there is one person who works there who gives the customer attitude if there was anything wrong with their order. Now I am a person who allows mistakes because that's just human nature, but there has been at least four times when the lady has responded to, at least, our concerns in such rude manner that makes our trip horrid. The rest of the staff, on the other hand, are the nicest people you can meet. I honestly feel bad for making this two stars, but I dread going when the one attitude person is at the window when we've been nothing but nice.nnPast: Over time my family has been there a whole bunch for a quick and easy dinner. But one of the problems that is reoccurring is that they mix up diet soda with regular soda. In most cases for people it would be fine but for me it is very hard because I cannot drink regular soda for medical reasons. So even after I pay money at the drive-thru in the end I have to throw away my drink because I'm not able to drink regular soda.

First one in dinning, ordered 4 hamburgers 1 order of fries and a Sprite. Still waiting 15 minutes laternnStill a 1 star, handed us our sundae and made us pull up to wait on mcflurry so the sundae could melt.nStill garbage, ordered a large fry and 2 hamburgers, had to pull into waiting area along with 2 other cars in the drive through.nnThen they dropped my fries on the groundnDon't know service!

I ordered an iced coffee to go from the drive thru. As I was pulling up to pick up my order, a woman was holding it out the window. It seemed rude to not wait until I actually got there but whatever. She didn’t say a word, just held her hand out with my drink. I took it from her and the lid immediately popped off because it wasn’t secured on so it ended up spilling down my shirt. I would have made a complaint through McDonald’s website, but of course I wasn’t given a receipt or even asked if I wanted one.

This is not a full small fry! You guys literally charge two whole dollars for a fry that's not even full! Let's not even get started on how they are cold and dried out and unfresh. Every time I come here you guys manage to screw something up.. and this time your rude drive-through person was not nice to me all because I paid in change for my $3 meal... It's McDonald's... You guys don't have a complicated job... Just do it.

They always forget something. You can't enter restaurant after 6pm. So you have to go back through the DT line. Very inconvenient. Just need to fix order accuracy.
