Rented the truck at 3/4 fuel. Returned the truck at 3/4 fuel. The employee that returned the truck assumed it was supposed to be at full not 3/4 so he charged me for the premium fuel. I called and argued it immediately, he realized his mistake and said he took care of it. They have now hit my account with Two $106.69 payments and one for $130.78. They say they can't do a dam thing for me and gave me the number to corporate uhaul. Terrible customer service, rude responses, and an extra $237 and change in payment that I'm fighting to get back.
Good place reasonably priced for storage and you can rent a uhaul from here as well, staff is friendly and units are well maintained
This UHaul is clean and the staff are helpful. The old man is short, dismissive, and rude.
Best place to rent a unit from and great staff
Every time I have came to this facility it has been nothing but great! Folks there really know how to treat their customers. They also have plenty of stuff to help you with your move.
