Mainstream Electric game me a great price for a complete Heating and Air conditioning system beating the competition by Thousands of dollars. I had two other quotes, one for a little over $10,000 and another that exceeded $12,000. Mainstream came in at $7500.00. This included a full parts and labor warranty and an extra air filter.nnThe service and installation was terrific and professional. Their follow-up after the installation is second to none. They even came out at the beginning of spring to verify the fluid levels in the AC unit were correct.nnClearly, they are interested in providing an excellent product and service where so many others are only interested in the money they can make off you. Nick and Riley were very professional, listened to my requests, and was able to complete the job without any delays. We are relocating our laundry from the kitchen to an existing bedroom; a BIG change. Nick and Riley were able to relocate the 220 outlet where I wanted and they also handled the clean-up. I am very impressed, once again, with the Mainstream team. This is our 3rd time using them, but first time for electrical service. The price was a great value because Mainstream worked with us on the price to combine both jobs (the electrical and plumbing). Outstanding job guys! Thanks so much.nnLarry and his coworker were the plumbers that finished the transition of our laundry room to move our washer/dryer from the kitchen to a designated room for our laundry. They were very thorough to complete the job and took care that every detail was checked. We appreciate their professionalism and experience in completing this big job. Thanks guys!! Mainstream was helpful and courteous. While we were requesting services at a busy time, they were efficient and responsive to solve our electrical issue. Jeff, our technician was informative and performed excellent work to ensure our electrical circuit was repaired, was safe, and was completed to code. We have worked with Mainstream several times before and will continue to do so in the future as well as to refer others to them.

My furnace went out and I was not expecting the expense of replacing it at this time. However, Mainstream Electric has been wonderful to deal with. I now know that my HVAC system is safe and high quality. The staff I've dealt with have been wonderful! Susie who's contacted me before every appointment, Alex the salesman who I felt was honest with me, Taylor and Adam who installed my new furnace and AC, and Zach and Brock who thoroughly cleaned my ducts were all professional, pleasant, answered my questions and cleaned up after their work. I will be using Mainstream Electric in the future and recommend them, as well.

Jake came out and fixed our broken furnace today. He was friendly, courteous, and did a great job diagnosing and discussing my options. I appreciate that he took the time to talk to me about what was going on and help me understand what he was going to fix.
