My daughters both had a wonderful 3 years of training at Empire, both personally and in their high school team training. Kyle is warm and approachable and makes every athlete feel welcome. He is generous with his time and expertise and is always willing to offer tips for improving stunts and tumbling tricks. We had great teachers in all our years there, and always felt comfortable and welcome in the gym. The office staff is also friendly and professional! I definitely recommend Empire to athletes looking to work hard and improve their skills in the gym!

Best cheer gym around! The coaches and staff are highly qualified, and so friendly. I’d give Empire Athletics ten stars if I could. Outstanding gym!

Empire athletics is a great place. The staff is amazing, kind, and caring. They value what they do and are very patient with the students.
