This is a brand new store which opened a couple of weeks ago not far from me. I have tried to make 7 Eleven my preferred gas station and go there almost everyday. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another store to go to because this one is a disaster and no one there really seems to care about it. In the last week the espresso machine was: First, out of milk and they didn't know how to replace it. The next day the milk was replaced but it was done incorrectly so the machine would still not work. The employees said they had to call for service. I didn't stop in the following day but the day after that to give them a chance to get it fixed. This day the machine was fixed and I was able to get coffee. The next day I stopped in and the machine was out of mocha mix and the employee said they did not have any so I got something other then my preferred cup of coffee. Today I stopped in and the machine just wasn't working. The employee didn't know why and just did't care and told me to get something else. The entire staff at this store is untrained on their equipment and they just do not have interest in helping customers. Many of the other gas companies in the area are far more consistent and will be returning back to one of them.
