There are some rude over the counter people there, but I’ve been going there since I was 4. And there are 4 really nice people, don’t know names but I promise this place is good:)
This Broad repeatedly refused Service with out a mask and Straight up said Regardless of an exemption her manager isn't allowing people yo purchase. Thus standing in the store for an additional 5min having her argue. Welcome to your new America
The younger night attendant here is really nice and consistently helpful. They're not enforcing social distancing, however, and their staff were not wearing masks. I wont be returning until after the pandemic.
I'd give a half store if possible. Went to reload a card expecting it to be available in 10 minutes so I could pay my rent like normally I go to work and the funds still aren't available causing me to have a 50 dollar late fee I return to the store the guy says hes new and gave the managers number. Singh is the managers name. This transaction took place 2-4-20 and here it is 17 days later and he just said it's not his fault the employee did it wrong. He then said hed call the police if I called em again
Just stood at the counter for 10mins waiting to be helped!!! I guess checking in their order is far more important than customer service!!ud83dude21 Very disappointed! I've been going to this location for 20 years now and have never been made to wait like that!! I work in a grocery store and know this is completely inexcusable!!
