Kind staff.
I was very impressed with the selection. My husband found a pair of Skechers that looked more like deck shoes I asked the salesperson if they had that style in women's. The color I wanted was not in stock in my size. She went out of her way to check at another location & had them shipped to my residence at no additional charge, she stated they should arrive in 5-7 work days. We were leaving on vacation in 8 days and I just assumed they would arrive while we were gone. To my surprise they arrived in only 3 days & I am able to have them for my trip.
Giant store with only two benches to sit on. Three employees behind counter chatting and ignoring customers. Snippy response to questions. No sizes available. No service. Thanks for pushing to the Merrill store where I was greeted by friendly staff who were able to assist me with correct sizes. Great prices too!
