the worst shopping experience. They had barely any women’s clothing it was mostly men’s in the store at Denver premium outlets. They weren’t enforcing social distancing or having a certain amount of people in the store. When I went to check out I got a pair of jeans off of the sale rack and she tried to charge me full price for them. I seriously had to ARGUE with the cashier “helping” me. Horrible costumer service and will not be stopping in again. I love their graphic tees but they had NONE and probably only a few different shirts to choose from. It was terrible. Don’t go to the one at Denver premium outlets. It was so incredibly disappointing and I hope corporate sees this! If I ever shop from American eagle again it will be online

Friendly staff! Good selection and some jeans were only $20! Wish they had more to choose from in my size but my fiancé found a great pair. It’s on the smaller size but it’s a good stop.

The managers, Denell and Cianna were the most rude and out of line managers I have ever seen in my life. They stood in a corner saying inappropriate and disgusting things about their employees. They looked like they were in their twenties while the employees are all teenagers. They were calling them expletives and saying horrible things about them. Not to mention they were saying these things right in front of me and other customers. Very inappropriate behavior for managers especially in front of customers. I’m scared to have my teenagers shop here if the managers talk like that about their employees I can imagine they say similar things about their customers.

My husband had bought clothes from this store that didn't fit him right so I went a couple days later to return them for him. I had the receipt, the same card used on the purchase, and the tags for the clothes. A young employee was at the register doing the return but she had to have manager permission to give me the money back. The manager came over and immediately yelled at me because I did not have my id with me. Instead of explaining this nicely to me the manager, Denelle, proceed to snap at me and give me attitude for it even though I had the receipt and card that was used for the purchase. When the employee explained that to her she then went on to yell at the employee. It mad me sick the way she treated me and her employee. Will not come to this location again. There is another review calling the manager out by name for her behavior and she should not be with this company anymore because her behavior is shame full. I had gone to this store before and every time I was greeted and checked up on by the employees which is why I always came back but Denelle needs to be fired, that is not how you treat a returning customer. I have never been treated like this by a MANAGER before in my entire life!!
