Nice selection however prices seem to be the same As a regular location.
I found some great stuff here. But when I got home to try on some 40$ pants I check in the pockets and found a small handful of chewed up sunflower seeds... absolutely disgusting. I was shocked because with COVID going on I thought they would at least sanitize the clothing returns...
This H&M location is very clean and organized, but their customer service is lacking big time. I was browsing a clearance rack nearby an associate and her manager and neither of them said a word to me, no greeting or are you finding things ok?nIt wasn’t until I got up to the register to check out that someone actually spoke to me.
I love this store but I had a terrible experience with their store clerk Amaris. She was so rude. I asked her a question and she gave me a dirty look and when I asked for clarification on a discount she did not answer my question and was right out rude. I have been to this store before and the clerks are so nice, nothing like her.
