I enjoy the Puma outlet stores. I just wish they had more of the color schemes that you see on the puma website. I purchase a lot of my Puma gear online because of the colors.
Great deals on everything puma. My go to when I need athletic gear at a good price.
Tried to return an obviously unopened pack of socks that my daughter rejected due to color. Had to wait for a manager to come the register because the cashier was unable to articulate that they don’t accept returns on socks. I looked at my one week old receipt, asked the manager where they told customers this. She said it was store policy but they didn’t actually publicize it anywhere. I’m guessing they get less returns and more sales that way.
They have a lot of shoes and they feel really compatible.
I went here today around 2pm for some of the sales. One of the employees was rude and not helpful. Not sure of her name. She was acting like we are trying to steel the products. Just didn't feel like you're in an American store.
