Unbelievably wrong Walgreens! Your store staff can and should do better.
They deleted my first review. Don’t hire employees that can deescalate situations
Pharmacy: We have not used this particular location for pharmacy but they are friendly and professional when you call. Wait time to be connected was long but the technician was very friendly and helped as much as she could.nnPhoto center: We’ve had difficulties almost every time we used this locations photo center. They struggle when trying to find orders, especially if you have items shipped to their location. Items have also been missing or not added to the order. Photo prices are high for what you get. Speciality items like photo books and metal frame pictures are pretty good when there’s a deal.
Pharmacy... Very understaffed pharmacy. Not their fault. Walgreens needs to hire more staff. Nice people, but their busy-ness can be seen as lacking in customer service. Store is fine.
Went to get a $17 item. Checked it online. Went to the store and they tried to charge me $34. I pointed this out to the manager. She said she was sorry. Didn't price match. Just thought it was fine to charge me double. She sure was sorry though.
