This was the longest Starbucks drive-thru line I have EVER sat through, 30 mins! While ordering I had to correct the girl taking our order twice. She said some amount I owed for my one drink which I couldn’t hear. When I got up to the window she said my total was $10.52 for the drink I ordered. I corrected her again on what I ordered, she had split my 1 drink into 2 and had to completely remake it. Then she charged me $.40 more than it’s supposed to cost, whatever not worth correcting. When another girl handed me the drink, I drove away and realized it was STILL wrong, they forgot to put cream in it. It just wasn’t worth turning around. The reason this is not a 1 star is because the girls were friendly and apologetic. The problem here is poor management. All is takes is the person taking orders to repeat them back to confirm and more/faster baristas. I’ll stick with the Starbucks on 136 & I-25. They are super fast and NEVER get my order wrong.

I’ve gone to have the same drink made three separate times, and each time the drink is made incorrectly at this location. They were very nice in having the drink remade for me however I worry about a quality issue as my flat white has had dead and bitter shots each time. As a barista myself I know that mistakes happen and also the average quality of a drink. However, this store has shown me each time that they have an issue with good quality beverages. I hope that in the future they work on this issue and work towards creating a full experience for customers.

Everyone is always so sweet, when my order is taking a few extra minutes they spark up a conversation to help the time move by. Never wrong with my orders always super helpful and friendly staff.

Felt safe with mask mandate and social distancing. My caramel macchiato was awesome!!!!

Friendly Staff. They aren't always accurate with my order but remake it while I wait. I think being a new establishment and employee turnover rate contributes to training lags. Very clean an nice appearance. Can't wait till they offer inside consumption.
