Starbucks is awesome they have deals every now and then which is great
girl at register didn’t know what a LATTE WAS! i said “can i get a venti matcha latte” and she goes “hot right?”. like yes???? and then i ordered a iced latte and the matcha powder was all over the lid, my bacon and gruyere bites were all bunched up and not looking good at all. these employees aren’t trained properly to make real drinks.
Desi served my drinks today and she was so friendly! On top of that she made my coffee better than anyone!!
I'm not a coffee aficionado by any means, but they do not make the patented, tasteful, and delicious coffee Starbucks is known for at this location. It always seems like the coffee I order is WAY to strong for what I ordered. Iced Coffee with 2 shots of caramel and 1 shot chocolate, sweetened with milk, and it is overly strong to the point to where I have to add 4 packets of sugar.
I walked in for a coffee today at 750pm and Destiny ignored me as I stood waiting for several minutes and then came over to tell me she was closed. The sign says that you're open til 8pm.
