I order from this Starbucks quite a bit. Most of the time it's pretty good but today I ordered my iced coffee and I always get 4 espresso shots. Well today it didn't even look like there was one extra shot and u have to pay extra for those!!!
6:25pm today. Tried to order 2 coffees and a gift card.nWas told they dont brew coffee so close to close. They close at 7pm... not sure why they are open.nAs i left the female employee started laughing. It was funny because you lost my business from the last 4 years. Good day!
I rarely ever post a review, but I feel like today I had to. I ordered a couple drinks off Uber Eats, I’ve been ordering more online to not only help businesses, but also to be as safe as possible during the pandemic. Once I got my order, the cups had little affirmations written on them. One in particular that got me was, “You are enough.” Working in retail, I especially understand what you guys are going through now. But to remain so positive, and give back to your consumer (even if it’s just a little note), is amazing. Keep being great!
Starbucks was once my go-to place but not anymore. This location was pretty good when they first opened but it’s gone down hill pretty quickly which is a reflection on the company. The people working there don’t care about customer service because they aren’t trained or encouraged to care.
