The employees here are mean to delivery drivers. I received an order this morning at about 5:50, which the customer had placed at 5:10. It's not my fault that Uber waited until I finished my previous delivery to even tell me about the order. That's how the system works. And if there had been an available driver before me, the order would have gone to them. I got the order about a minute before finishing my previous delivery, and I drove straight to Starbucks after this. Also, our employment depends on satisfaction ratings, and again, it's not my fault that Uber could not find someone to deliver for the first 40 minutes. It was really unfair for you to give me a thumbs down. I don't complain when I get a negative review for a legitimate reason. But this was uncalled for, and I will be avoiding your location from now on. Would you rather have had to wait even longer for a delivery driver willing to put up with your unreasonable employees?

Great place for coffee and company. Theri was a delight, she totally made our day! I have never been here before and she made me feel like a loved regular. Thanks Theri ud83dude0an.... and wonderful tea!

I had the worst experience as a uber driver today July 28 2020.. The employees was very rude to me and All I was making sure the orders were right.. Im all about 100% customer satisfaction and didn't get why they were rude.. I will be contacting uber support about this 2.. I was really nice to them and was caught off guard about this.. Very unprofessional.. Please contact me and I will remove this.. thanks

I am not a big fan of Starbucks, but IF I need a cup of coffee and am in the area, this is the one I go to. The drive thru is super fast and the staff are friendlier at the window than going inside.
