We had the pleasure of Phil taking our order tonight, and he was the best! Great vibes, very friendly, down to earth guy! They forgot a medium fry though, but they happily made us some fresh fries and super-sized that s***! Also had the manager come out and give us a complimentary apple pie coupon! Thanks Phil and friends! I give it 10/10!!!!!

Terrible service by the girl at the window today. I was given the wrong order. After she told me it was what I ordered when she handed it to me. So I did not check. My 90 year old mother loves the fish sandwiches. She gave me the wrong sandwich. And did not give me a receipt. I called when I got home. To inform them of the problem. The girl who answered the phone approximately at 1:30 pm. Said 8 could go back and get the correct sandwich. My Mom sent me back to get the fish. The manager at the east 120th location in Northglenn said that their phone had not rung in the last half hour. He lied. I got my fish sandwich but was lied to By the manager on duty on October 14, 2020 at 1:45pm saying I did not call. He lied to me. He needs some customer service training and should not lie to the customers. I was livid.
They usually don't get orders wrong but unfortunately they did today. Staff is always friendly thou.
They are all friendly and fast never had anything missing from my order all careing no rude employies
