I feel like this is really important to post: this Sprouts, without fail, has the best customer care. Every time I go in, people are friendly and willing to help. But this last time took the cake. I was desperately looking for some produce, and having checked 6 or 7 stores by this point, I was getting real sad. Jennifer came up to me and asked what I was looking for and I told her. She checked in the back, and came out to tell me that they were totally out. Which, ok. It’s almost thanksgiving. Everyone wants specific foods. But what I didn’t expect was her kind suggestion that since she opened the following day, if they got this specific food in, she would save me some. I got a call in the morning from her that my produce was ready for pickup! It might not seem big, but in a world where everything is scary and people can be cruel, Jennifer’s kind gesture went really far to just make things feel less awful. Jennifer, if you’re reading this: THANK YOU!! You saved Thanksgiving =)

Love the butcher department. Really high quality meat at awesome prices. The butcher was so kind and friendly and so was the cashier.

I shop here all the time. They have the best variety of produce and meats. Their prices are affordable for us. Clean all the time.

Jessica helped me choose my items!!! Wonderful service.nAbusive customer try to attach me and verbally abuse me calling me names in front of the cashier and the manager.nThe cashier did apologize for the unapropriet behavior.nManager pretend not to hear and not to care. I suppose for her verbal abuse is something she likes to witness in her store!!nSo I give 5 stars to the cashier and the girl who help me with my vitamins and stuff.nThe manager if I could I would fire imediately. So for management 0 star's!!! Total shame!!!nThe rest of the stuff is GREAT WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY.

Cashier that helped me today was rude, very disappointed in the fruit selection, grapes were brown! No chocolate covered gummy bears either! Normally my son and I love this store
