Had a great experience renting a unit here. We had to upgrade the size about an hour after our original booking because we had planned poorly, it ended up being hassle free. Fees were presented honestly upfront, without any ridiculous service fees or strange rate increases after the fact. On the day we cancelled our unit it took about 10 minutes to get everything closed out and finished. Would definitely use this spot again
The units are good, but the company doesn't care who rents or doesn't. When asked, they refused any payment plans or other assistance programs for those affected by the pandemic. Not a caring environment.
Rates are reasonable, easy access to units and management has been helpful. They haven't sold my stuff on storage wars yet, but that's probably because I have been paying my rent.
Great place for self storage.
Most helpful mgr I've experienced in a long time. Mrs Maureen went above and beyond to help us retrieve our belongings from CO to take back home to TX. After the 12 hour trip there, she was our cool drink of water. Thank you so much for your help ma'am. Hugs
