Brandi is AMAZING! We love her attitude, she's super friendly and VERY HELPFUL we've been here for about a year already and the way she treats us make me feel like home!! I'll recommend this place to anyone.
Brandi was absolutely impressive! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable all while doing 5 things at once. She makes it a very pleasant experience and the prices are great. I will definitely be recommending Coronado Storage everytime the opportunity comes up.
Brandi and Andrea are are probably the most experienced staff I've encountered anywhere in a very long time! I called for some information and was very impresses.
It's a self storage facility so there's not too much to say lol but the staff here was friendly and knowledgeable so that definitely helped. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that you can't access the storage units unless it's between 7am and 9pm (even though it's all behind a gate with an access code and there's locks on each unit). Other than that there's nothing to complain about!
I really dont know what to say bout this place..ppl are wishy..washy..sometimes nice sometimes not. I understand ppl have their own frustrations as I do but you cannot project that onto your customers. Be nice cuz you never know how you can make a person feel just by how you respond.
