Went tonight to get a storage only to be told that we couldn't get one. And then the women working said my husband couldn't be in the room with me even though he was going to be on the account and he had a mask on. Extremely rude so we went to cube smart. They welcomed us. I won't come back.
The staff at this location have always been helpful and courteous. It has been a pleasure to store my extra junk with them. Michelle has been especially wonderful. If you communicate they will help you out and do what they can to assist you in keeping your stuff. Thank you for a gracious human experience ud83dude09❤
Michelle, the manager, was incredibly helpful. Patient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was a real pleasure to work with. Customer service on the front end is 99% of the battle when looking for a storage unit, as you will be engaged in a lengthy relationship with the property. With Michelle around, this location is absolutely winning that battle.
Great storage place! Easy access! Great staff! I updated my credit card information and accidentally turned off the auto pay feature wile updating. The staff promptly called me to let me know that I turned it off to avoid any late charges. Thanks for storing my stuff for a year. Finally in my first new house!! :)
Our 6-month rental was smooth and stress-free! We rented the unit 100% online and we’re texted our gate code prior to move-in. Billing was straight forward and autopay was easy. It was never busy trying to get in or out. Michelle (site manager) was always friendly, helpful, and made check-out a breeze!
