I have been doing one-on-one zoom personal training and have been very impressed! Coach Patrick adjusts what we do according to items & equipment I have in my own home. It’s been a couple months at twice a week and I am down TWO pant sizes, I have more energy throughout the day & can’t think of a better gift that I have given myself! I would and have recommended to family & friends!
Amazing experience in the gym with Jennifer working through nutrition with me and Patrick coaching me through the workouts. My whole body is wrecked in a good way. I live about 130 miles away and have connected with them both on Zoom as well as in the gym once to get the basics down. This program is exciting and I am already seeing results in just over a week. Thrilled to be able to participate, even from a distance. It helps that Jennifer is super tech savvy! The accountability and support is top notch. Thanks guys!
Excellent gym with excellent coaches. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are really good at modifying workouts as needed to work the same muscles at your skill level. And they are really good people, too.
