Always loved this gym. Such a shame the young cleaner isn't there anymore. It won't be the same without her she kept everything organized and clean.
The fact that most of the gym goers are seniors is fantastic! The equipment is always available, the only bad thing is that they gym is not that clean. A lot of dust!
Good gym, right now we're required to wear a mask and I get it. The gym was packed and there were 3 of us wearing our masks. Management needs to step up, cos I don't feel safe. Those little signs on the doors need to be the whole damn door and if they won't wear a mask, they don't need to workout.
Poor customer service from the front desk. I was trying to keep my distance from an olderly lady and ask for help with the app and William from the front desk gave me an extremely roud attitude even expleing that I was trying to keep my distance. To bad the manager has such team. The manager is super nice and helpful.
Not a bad location, but pretty small and cramped. Not necessarily the fault of 24 Hour Fitness or staff, I just don't like having to be around so many people in that small of a space.
