Highly recommend!! This location is awesome. Jennifer really knows how to handle the customers and give the best customer service- your lucky to have a team member like her. Overall always great customer service experience. Always feel really respected when I come in here which makes all the difference.
Gym is super clean. Affordable price. Destiny and Alyssa are really nice and keep the gym clean and everyone safe with covid19 precautions. They worked really hard and polite. Very dedicated. The guy manager is really nice and friendly as well. Made me feel very welcoming and will go to planet fitness forever. Appreciated. Thank you.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The manager is AWESOME and he and the staff are welcoming Always!!! The environment is very clean. The people all are just working out and to themselves no creeps here! I just really enjoy working out here. Absolutely no judgemental people here! A+
I moved from Thornton in March. My checking account started being charged again, which I did not notice until August 3rd. I called and spoke with the manager explaining I had moved and needed to cancel my account, as I now live in Centennial. The manager assured me he had canceled my account, only to see 3 months later I am still being charged. After calling back-the manager stated he did not remember my call and normally you have to go in to cancel. I have my phone records proving my call, but they treated me like a liar. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED DURING A PANDEMIC!!!
