Service was prompt, polite, professional and comprehensive, including little extras that were not part of the original deal. The technician (Matt) was very knowledgeable, efficient and competent in his work as well as explanations of all material parts and operational procedures. The company was also very accommodating to our needs and even bumped us up in line after a cancellation from another customer. All of our questions and concerns were answered thoroughly and requests for information were replied to promptly and courteously. Overall, this was perhaps the best experience I have ever had in dealing with a home repair contractor and I will definitely call them back for any and all related service needs in the future.

Brothers had incredible reviews and I can see why. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Jeff and his associate were professional and personable. Our (new to us) old home has 20+ year old AC and heating so when our heating started to act up we were prepared for the worst. Given our options of doing a repair on the furnace today or replacing the furnace, we decided to move forward with replacing. We never felt pressured in this decision but given all the options, this was the best decision to make at this time. And we feel confident using Brothers here on out. EDIT: They came this morning to install our new AC and Furnace and I would give them an A+ from start to finish. Again, professional and personable and courteous and quality work from the time they arrived to when they left. Brothers will be our go to company for heating/plumping and electrical work.

Javier came out to do an electrical inspection for us and was prompt, kind, and helpful! He answered all of my questions and was very thorough. He provided a detailed and itemized list of everything we discussed, along with options for pricing to fix our issues.nnJeff and his apprentice came to do a furnace inspection. They were both very respectful and courteous. They helped me understand my options moving forward.

I have to update this. Within a day of this fix my AC stopped working. I found out that the thermostat installed was burnt out because the wiring was not compatible with my house wiring. I paid over $585 for nothing. I had someone in the business for 30 years check it. He actually looked at the wiring in the home and installed a new thermostat. I have had no issues with it at all and it cost me an additional $175. The company I purchased the AC unit from promptly refunded me the $100 for their visit after I informed them of all that had transpired. When I emailed Brothers about this, I had no response.nnI bought my AC a year ago. It is under warranty. The company I purchased it from came out and immediately said I need a new furnace and quoted me on a new one. I mentioned the Thermostat might be the issue and was told no. They charged me $100 since it wasn't their AC issue. I called Brothers, they came out and confirmed it isn't the furnace but it was what I thought it was, the thermostat. In the end I payed Brothers to install the new thermostat and was happy to have a credible tech fix the issue.nI would definitely use Brothers again and recommend them!

August 7, 2020: Gas line plumbing for gas stove. Scott and Jeremy were punctual and professional. They were conscientious about keeping our floors clean (wore booties). I had questions at the beginning and the end Of their work and they patiently explained the answers. Now we wait for the city to inspect their work. Scott also informed me of what to look for over the next couple days (before the city sign it off) - “pay attention to the temporary test meter & call us if you see it has dropped a pound of pressure”. I really appreciate that they treated all my questions with sincerity. I will plan to update my review when everything is signed off and functional.nAugust 7, 2020: Electrical (outlets and can lights). Jacob B. was very good to work with. He listened to all our input regarding placement and was able to give us what we asked for (studs and rafters worked out). We will ask for Jacob again in the future.
