I recently purchased an older home with remnants of original knob and tube wiring in the attic. My inspector was concerned about possible fire hazard. Robert at Ohm was available the day I called and he determined that all the old wiring was disconnected. He then cut out all the old wiring to avoid future confusion about any old wiring. Further, a few very old roof supports were missing or cracked and Robert offered to do the carpentry work while already in the attic. My original plan was to hire a handyman to deal with the supports but Robert got it all done at once. Rather than simply take off after quickly sorting out the wiring situation, Robert showed care and concern for my property and wanted to help me resolve other issues. He saved me a lot of time and gave me peace of mind getting the attic fixed up. I'm very impressed with the work ethic of this company.
