I bought a car for $5000 and drove it home. My first day with it there was an issue with the shifter. I called them up and they fixed it for me free of charge. 4 years later my car has had 0 issues. I haven't had to bring it to the mechanic once. I'm sure I'll be needing a newer one soon. This is where I'll be going.

The folks at UGM Motors Service center are friendly, super helpful, honest and very capable mechanics. I have had my vehicle serviced there numerous times over the last couple years and I have been very satisfied with their work, very reasonable prices and customer service follow-ups. My most recent visit was to have my brakes and power steering serviced. They spent an hour looking over my vehicle and determined the brakes still had 6 months of life left and the power steering was not yet in need of repair. I walked away with zero cost for the inspection. I let them know I will be back in 6 months for the brakes. Plus all profits go the UGM cause in helping the homeless and underserved part of society. Well done!

The management seems quite disorganized as the salesmen cannot give me any information about the majority of vehicles I'm searching for.nnThe asking price IS the price for the car. They REFUSE to negotiate entirely, asking FULL RETAIL for cars that are frankly old and used up. The cars receive inspection, but, that doesnt mean they've repaired them. Therefore, it isn't really fair to ask a premium price. I would GLADLY pay triple the price of a private party seller for these cars if they were all actually repaired and entirely roadworthy.nnI've also heard conflicting information from sales people about why this is. It is advertised that these cars are donations, which means they are FREE to UGM, so, you would think you could budge on the price of a free car? ESPECIALLY IF YOU SAY YOU ARE HERE TO HELP THE NEEDY. DO YOU THINK FAMILIES DO NOT NEED INEXPENSIVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO WORK? DO YOU THINK IT IS FAIR TO PRICE GOUGE THE POOR? Because the poor don't have a lot of options. They don't get to shop around. They don't get to drive to every dealership in Spokane when they don't have a car, they take bus 90 down Sprague and walk the strip of dealerships. After much frustration, a salesman told me the cars are not donated and are in fact consignments and they pull a profit and pay the previous owners for the car and this is the reason they will not move on price, because they need to pay for the cars through consignment and still profit.nnIf that is true, this business needs to stop claiming the cars are donations.nnRegardless, what IS TRUE, is that their aim to help the needy is a joke and what this really looks like is ya'll are just strong arming the government as a religious organization to not pay taxes on your car lot.
