Pulled in here while traveling from Colorado. Nick was extremely helpful! I had taken my brand new Bambi to the dealer in CO many times in my two months of owning it because the hot water was only working intermittently and they could never fix it. Nick knew immediately that if it was intermittent it was either the circuit board or some small (and cheap!) part. So we started with that small part and it has worked perfectly ever since! I also had a fresh water leak from under the toilet and they looked at that. They said they couldn't find anything wrong, yet it hasn't leaked since! They were nice as could be there, gave me lots of other ideas for the camper! I will be traveling to them to have more solar panels put on as they have my complete trust now! All while the dealer in CO gave me nothing but wrong information...they don't even know Airstreams apparently even though they sell them!

I had the pleasure of recently purchasing an Airstream from Airstream of Spokane. From my first interaction with them it was clear that all of their staff were extremely knowledgeable and they were very patient with my questions as a first time RV Buyer. At each step in the buying process I felt very well taken care of and they went the extra mile to accommodate a number of extra requests I had (like adding solar for example) in a very short time even though they were fantastically busy. They made the buying process painless and spent a lot of time with me before I hit the road so that I understood all of the systems on the trailer and was able to make it through our first weekend. To top it all off it was my son's birthday on the day we picked up the trailer and the good folks at Airstream of Spokane decorated the inside of the trailer with birthday balloons so we had a big 'birthday surprise' cake inside the trailer. Truly a magical moment and it wouldn't have been possible without Nick, Karyn, Doug and Jasper and all of the great folks at Airstream of Spokane. I can't recommend them highly enough, and on our drive home to Seattle I've already recommended them to 3 prospective Airstreamer's who wanted to know more about our trailer. Thank you to everyone at Airstream of Spokane for creating such a wonderful memory for my family.

Nick squeezed us into the schedule on short notice, and all work was completed a week early (and done correctly, unlike the other local place)! They were able to buff out the circular scratches from the other dealership's shoddy detailing and also removed the watermarks that were the results from sitting at the other dealership for months during the winter. There was a hiccup when it came time to pick up our trailer from Spokane, but they went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. To say we are impressed is an understatement. When we're ready to upgrade our batteries and install solar we will be giving our business to Airstream of Spokane. We SO regret not purchasing from them. Great people and excellent customer service make the long drive from western WA well worth it.

Nick and Karen are a class act. Even though we were not ready to buy, Nick was gracious enough to show us multiple models and answer all of our questions. Great business owners. Knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you.
